Returns
Every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept refunds unless your item arrives defective.
Sizing & Exchanges
To make sure you get the perfect fit first time, please check our sizing guides carefully, or reach out to our friendly team, we’re always happy to help with sizing advice or any questions you have.
We accept size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order to help you get the fit that’s just right. After 30 days, unfortunately, exchanges can’t be offered.
How to Return Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In the same condition you received them (no stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, etc.)
To start your exchange, please email us at hello@almasol.co.uk, and we’ll send you instructions. Include your full name and order number in your package to avoid delays, otherwise we may not be able to identify your return.
Please note:
You are responsible for return postage costs
We cover the postage for sending your replacement item(s)
Consider using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Once we’ve received and processed your return, your replacement will be dispatched within 15 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
