Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation charges exist to cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk of being unable to resell your place.

Payment Plans Your place is secured via a flexible payment plan, tailored to your booking date. All payments are to be completed prior to the retreat date.

Non-Refundable Deposit The first £200 paid is non-refundable from the date of your first payment, regardless of when you cancel.

Cancellation Charges If you need to cancel your place, the following charges apply:

90 days or more before the retreat: Full refund minus £200

30–89 days before the retreat: 50% of total retreat cost

29 days or less before the retreatNo refund

Transferring Your Place You may transfer your place to another guest with prior written agreement.

Cancellation by Alma Sol In the unlikely event that Alma Sol needs to cancel or postpone a retreat, you will receive a full refund, including your £200.
