We understand that life can be unpredictable. To keep things fair for all guests and to cover the costs of planning, we use the following policy:

More than 90 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a £200 non-refundable deposit.

90–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund.

30 days or less before the retreat: Non-refundable.

You may transfer your place to another person with prior written agreement.

If Alma Sol needs to cancel or postpone a retreat, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
