Hey, I’m Toyah, trusted retreat host, systems strategist, operations expert, and the woman who knows exactly how to turn your idea into something intentional, profitable and beautifully delivered.

I’ve spent 16 years working in hospitality + operations, designing experiences, managing people, mapping processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

And over the last 10 years, I’ve helped many women host retreats that feel grounded, safe, transformative and completely “them.”

I’m also the person who believes deeply that women deserve space to breathe, reset, reconnect, and feel held.

That’s why I host retreats myself. I know what it takes to create something magical…

The venue is approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Welshpool train station, making it easy to reach by train if you’re travelling without a car.
Taxis are readily available at the station.
Absolutely, we have a combination of single occupancy and shared rooms.
Lots of our guests come alone but leave with friends for life
You have to be 18 to attend our retreats, but there is no upper age limit.
There will be up to 9 guests in total
Yes absolutely. At Alma Sol we are very passionate about our menus & ensure everyone is fully catered for.
